Ailbhe Pascal

Ailbhe Pascal is the founder of Fikira Bakery, a food justice project that offers baked goods, workshops, and catering in so-called "Philadelphia". Al has had culinary training in Italy, Turkey and the “U.S.”. Al is also a gardener, poet, and queer crip. Their co-chef is J.A. Harris at foodeveryonedeserves (f.e.d.).
