This Wednesday, July 5th, from 7-10 pm the dome will have its first Spoken Word Open Mic! All are welcome to come read their poetry or even the poetry of their favorite poets in 3-5 minute slots. The host, Kevin Reid, will be featuring some of his own work to get the ball rolling. There will be a sign-up list and multiple opportunities to read if you want to read more than once. There IS A/C in the dome. Since this is a Sanctuary event, it is also a "No Place for Hate" space.
