Seed keeping is a way of sharing stories that connect the foods that we eat and the seeds that produce them, with a memory of our culture. Remember that dish that always reminds you of your grandmother? Or the fruit you ate when you used to go “down South” for the summer to your cousins? As growers we will think together about these experiences and consider growing specific seeds to carry on certain cultural traditions.
