Join Community Educator Michael O’Bryan (Senior Manager of Youth Programs at the Village of Arts and Humanities and Sanctuary Coordinator for the Trauma-Informed Care Initiative) for a workshop about the intersections of art and trauma. O’Bryan will review the Sanctuary Model originated in Philadelphia in the early 1980s, which promotes safety and recovery from adversity through the active creation of a trauma-informed community.
