Born and raise in Selma, Alabama. A survivor of the Jim Crow era and incarceration resulting from two violent offenses, one while in the military, graduate of Western Washington University with a B.A in Education and two terns in Central America with the Peace Corps. Travelled to Southern African to interview members of the Truth and Reconciliation Committee, Founder and the current Chair of Reconstruction Incorporated, a 27 year old community capacity building grass root organization. Architect of the History and Reconstruction Project funded by Pew Charitable Trust exploring Post Traumatic Slaye Syndrome as a reality that influence the behavior of all and specifically African Americans. Designed and teach Situation Management as a method toward realizing a new. justice paradigm. Co author with Professor Townsand Price-Spratlan Reconstructing Rage
