Mona R. Washington is a playwright, Delaware Valley native, and graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and Harvard Law School. Her plays have been performed and read in New York (NY), Philadelphia (PA), Rome, Orlando (FLA) and Paris. Among others, she has been awarded fellowships and residencies at The Djerassi Foundation (and was a Djerassi Playwrights Initiative recipient), The Ucross Foundation, Dora Maar/MFAH (France), The Ragdale Foundation, and the Jack Kerouac House (their first playwright).
