Dedication of the "Memorial to Loss: Freedom in a Carceral State” which will make visible the deep, extensive and sustained loss experienced by local community. To reveal the many acts of resilience, resistance and reciprocity declared by the community to throw off this repressive reality to create a path to transformation we will dedicate “Memorial to loss: Freedom in a Carceral State” In honor of these experiences and actions.
