/movement Shivon is a mama of two and a community educator. A lifelong Philadelphian, Shivon advocates for communities of color to have agency over their health and wellbeing. As a neighborhood gardener, yoga teacher and burgeoning herbalist, she offers resources that she believes can support people in leading more vibrant and self-sufficient lives.
In 2016, she co-founded Our Mothers' Kitchens Culinary + Literature Project for girls of color with Khaliah D. Pitts.
