Shanti Mayers lives in Germantown Philadelphia with her daughter. She spent nearly ten years in the restaurant industry learning about food, beverages and hospitality before opening her retail boutique called "The Sable Collective" in North Philadelphia in 2016. She is nourished by meeting new people and learning their stories.
