Prevention Point Philadelphia is a harm reduction services center in Kensington. Clayton Ruley, a collaborator in Sanctuary, led a few members of the Sanctuary Working Group through the Prevention Point space, a former church on Lehigh Ave, in the early evening of July 29th.

Founded in 1991 as an underground syringe exchange organization, Prevention Point Philadelphia is a multi-service public health organization providing legal and much needed care. Prevention Point offers a syringe exchange program, a Streetside Health Project, a Transhealth Information Project, and Prevention Services Programs, to name a few. Their mission is to "reduce the harm associated with substance use and sex industry work by promoting health, empowerment, and safety while advocating for humane public policies and programs."
